Age Verification Procedure – Detailed Description

Age verification on kinkyfans.net is conducted by WK Media GmbH as an in-house, multi-step system. All three mandatory verification steps must be completed before access to protected content is granted:
 

• Step 1- Payment Service Verification: Proof of legal age via a verified payment service provider – user’s choice of: (a) credit card verification or (b) verified PayPal account. Both providers independently perform age verification during their own account registration process. This step is used solely for identity verification; no charge is made without an explicit purchase.
• Step 2- Identity Document: Upload of a valid government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport), both front and back. The document must be valid and fully legible.
• Step 3- Personal Verification Photo: A current photograph simultaneously showing: the identity document from Step 2, a handwritten note with the current date and the user’s platform username. This confirms that the document and applicant match (so-called “selfie verification”).

All submitted documents are reviewed manually and confidentially by WK Media GmbH. Access to protected content is granted only after successful verification of all three steps. Data processing is carried out exclusively for age verification purposes on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (legal obligation) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in youth protection). Reporting Youth-Endangering Content

AI-generated works are generally not protected by copyright under applicable European law due to the absence of a human author. WK Media GmbH does not assert copyright over purely machine-generated content where no protectable human contribution is present. Unauthorised use by third parties is nonetheless prohibited to the extent that other rights (neighbouring rights, trademark rights) apply. Content and works created and published by WK Media GmbH on this platform are subject to copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution, and any form of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright law require the prior written consent of WK Media GmbH. Downloads and copies of this website are permitted for private, non-commercial use only.

Third-party content (user-generated content) is identified as such. Upon notification of a copyright infringement, the relevant content will be removed without delay.

Upon becoming aware of specific legal violations, the relevant content will be removed immediately. Users are solely responsible for the content, statements, and activities they post and must comply with all applicable laws.
